What happens to your information

Short version: this website collects nothing about you. There are no tracking scripts, no advertising pixels and no analytics running on it.

The calculator

Everything you type into the calculator stays in your browser. The numbers are worked out on your own device and are never sent to me, stored, or shared. Close the tab and they're gone.

Booking a call

The booking calendar is provided by Calendly. Nothing from Calendly loads until you click a "Book a call" button, so if you never use one, no request is made to them at all. When you do, the calendar opens on the page and the details you enter go to Calendly and then to me. Calendly has its own privacy policy, which governs what they do with it.

The application

The "Start your application" button takes you to a secure application system hosted by Newton Connectivity Systems. Anything you enter there is handled under that system's security and privacy terms, and under my obligations as a licensed mortgage professional.

What I do with what you give me

When you apply, I use your information to assess your situation and place your mortgage with a lender. I share it with lenders and insurers where that's needed to get you approved, and with your lawyer where a transaction requires it. I don't sell it, and I don't pass it to anyone who isn't part of arranging your mortgage.

You can ask me at any time what I hold, ask for a copy, or ask me to correct it. Email adam@mansbridgemortgage.com and I'll sort it out.
